Supriya is a Principal Consultant with 20 years experience operating at strategic, conceptual and execution levels across Banks, Fintechs and Consultancies. She has worked globally across various cultures and diverse teams, predominately focused on Payments domain and successfully delivered business transformation. At Delta Capita, Supriya helps clients to define strategy, create roadmap, understand payments landscape and horizon scanning of upcoming payments regulations as well as put into context various innovations to stay relevant. She is currently managing ISO 20022 adoption for CBPR plus for a global financial messaging network provider.
Prior to working for Delta Capita, she has worked for a Tier 1 bank, Fintech, Private Bank, Invoice Finance and Retail sector delivering initiatives, including core banking platform upgrade, implementation of Target Operating Model and digital transformation of Cheque Clearing for the UK.
